I came back to look at the smiles in these pictures again and now I also see all the dry grasses. Be safe you two ... be happy and safe ...
ReplyDeleteSadly their home in Canoga Park was right on the edge of the Malibu fire line and our 405 fwy., so Nicole wasn't able to get to work for 4 days, and Zach, who usually drives Topanga Canyon thru the Hollywood Hills to PCH in Malibu had to take another route to his h=job in Santa Monica. Even worst, Nicole's parents who live in the Hills above Calabasas where the fire was burning, where stuck in their home for several days not able to leave otherwise the police wouldn't let them return. They stayed for their animals and salt water aquarium and kept wetting down their home. And that whole area's air was filled with ash and other chemicals burning for days. I heard this morning on the news that about 100 people were in the emergency with respiratory problems from the ash and smoke with weird flu-like symptoms.
