Golf Banquet Time 2011

I'm so proud of my girl.  Danielle has been playing golf since the 8th grade when she first was introduced to it in her P.E. class.  This was her 4th year playing for Esperanza High School.  This year was special because she was co-captain of the Girl's Varsity team.
The banquets are always entertaining because the girls get to get all gussied up in their pretty clothes and they like to take a lot of pix of themselves.
And usually it's all about the shoes, unfortunately, it's also about their farmer's tans from being outside in the sun so much.  LOL

But the girl's can get serious when they need to as the coach is presenting their awards.  Thank Goodness!!!

Varsity Girls Golf Banquet

Last week my girl Danie had her Golf Awards Banquet at Black Gold Golf Course in Yorba Linda, the girls home course. And not surprisingly, most of the evening was spent with each other posing for pictures for their Face Books. This is Danielle's first year on Varsity, freshmen and sophomore years were spent on the J.V. team. She discovered the game in 8th grade and has had a club in her hand ever since. I'm hoping she will go on to play in college. We'll see. Those are all the Varsity girls in the top pix, and below is Dan with her best golf friend, Paulina.

And of course I had to get a pix with my girl too :) She's really not that much taller then me, it's those ridiculous shoes she has on!

Congrats Danielle on Coach's Award!

Attended my daughter Danielle's golf banquet last week where she picked up the much coveted Coach's Award. Here she is (right side end) with her team mates at the Yorba Linda Country Club where they hold the banquet each year. This is her second year on the Esperanza High School's Junior Varsity team. Congratulations on another great season Dan. I LOVE YOU! And you are look FABULOUS!

Wanted to get a shot of both my children while they were both dressed up for our annual Xmas picture. They clean up real nice LOL My son Zach, who also played golf for Esperanza won the Coach's Award when he was there from the same coach that gave Danie hers. So we are keeping it all in the family. So very proud of both of you!!!

So from our home to yours, my children and I would like to wish all of you a very Happy Holiday season. (Great job on the lights Zach) :)
