Just wanted to show off my latest find from Judy Schroeder's Gallery in Orange. This is pewter artist Leandra Drumm. She designs a whole line of switch plates and ornaments, and you can see more of her work on her father's website at http://www.dondrummstudios.com/. Her dad is also a pewter artist, but I really am captivated by his daughter's designs. I love her sense of whimsy and all the textural linear elements she brings into her pieces. ATTENTION 7TH GRADERS- for EXTRA CREDIT on yellow paper, cut out the shape of a flower and put your name and period on the front. On the back side write the name of the art unit that we covered that most remains you of what Leandra is doing in her art work.
