Thanks to all of you who sent in comments for my students on their work. It was especially great because these kids worked their butts off on this assignment for me, and it felt so good to be able to tell them that their efforts were so worth it. Three national fiber artists, Laura Wasilowski, Jamie Fingal and Lori Lawson all sent in their praise. Doesn't get any better then that! :)
This sweet piece belongs to senior Catherine Aguilar. She also spent considerable time stitching in her background with a really nice variegated thread. Great job Catherine!
