Just finished up a very satisfying unit on Linoleum Printing with my Advanced 2-d art students. Their subject matter was a face done in the shapes of its shadows only, so no linear expressions. Then they were to mount their favorite print in a clever way. They did an edition of 3 or more. Within their edition one of their prints was to contain at least two different colored inks. I feel they all did an outstanding job. The top piece belongs to senior Juliann Kho, the middle was created by senior Hannah Park , and the bottom one was done by junior Jason Kwon.
